Incellderm is under the umbrella of beauty and wellness products made and manufactured by RIMAN. RIMAN is currently the #1 direct selling K-Beauty company in Korea and owns the brands Incellderm, Botalab, and Lifening. All products are sourced, created, and manufactured in Korea.

Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be sealed and unopened. Please email support@buyincellderm with your order number, date of purchase, and a photo of the item(s) you wish to return and our customer service team will quickly work to process your return, once accepted.

Unlike other skincare brands, INCELLDERM has active ingredients that absorb into deep layers of your skin. Nanosized liposomes act as delivery vehicles for transporting substances deep into the body and need to be handled with care. There is no need to rub or pat the product onto your face. Relax your fingertips and gently apply the desired amount of product on your face. The formulation will do the rest. Use only a small amount of product for the first two weeks of use to allow your skin to get used to the products. Please note there might be a skin purging process during this time as your skin pushes out all the impurities and toxicity that might already be present in your skin. Refer to our How to Use page for additional information.

INCELLDERM products help to stimulate collagen and boost skin elasticity as you use it. The loss of collagen and elastin that decline with age and environmental factors will begin to heal and recover your skin, giving your face a slimmer appearance. As your skin rejuvenates with new cells, you may confuse the inner tightness feeling for outer tightness. As your skin condition improves, this feeling will eventually disappear.

INCELLDERM products help to strengthen and moisturize from the deepest layers out. The restoration and hydration of your aging, dry skin cells is what is making your skin look hydrated and radiant.

Active ingredients such as amino acid complexes absorb deeply into your skin thanks to the microfluidizer technology. This cell regeneration process may temporarily cause dryness and irritation. We recommend spraying the Vieton Oil Mist and Calming Balance Gel to aid in hydration while your skin adjusts to the new products.

You may be misting too closely causing concentrations of the product to get into your eyes. For best results, close your eyes and mist 15cm away or spray directly onto your skin, covering or avoiding the eyes completely.

Your skin will begin to regenerate and detoxify when starting to use INCELLDERM products. During this process, you may break out as remaining surfactants or dermal toxicity is eliminated. This process can be shortened by using the Active Clean-Up Powder once a day, leaving it on for 3-5 minutes, and applying smaller amounts of product for the first 7-14 days of use.

The products are made and formulated in South Korea, however they adhere to North American standards and regulations.

The date on your collagen is the date of manufacture. You have 18 months from this date before your product expires.

Incellderm products do not contain retinol. Incellderm skin care is very gentle as they contain mostly natural ingredients and oils.

The Incellderm First Dermatology EX comes only in the set and the Booster and Serum are not sold separately. The effects of using both in tandem are too effective for them to be sold individually! A good routine is around 3-5 spritzes of booster for every syringe of serum. If you have any leftover Booster/Serum, you can apply to places like your neck, the back of your hands, your scalp, or even your knees.

The Vieton Multi-Stick is a perfect alternative to a conventional eye cream. Use it around your eyes, your fine/deep lines/wrinkles, smile lines, frown lines, neck lines, on dry patches all over your body, as a lip balm, or on dry hands/feet. You might need a couple to use for the different parts of your body.

We do not have any samples at this time but we periodically sell travel or experience kits (larger than sample sizes) that you can purchase and try.

We cannot guarantee the authenticity or condition of any product purchased outside of our website other than from Riman.com. Please be careful of products that you do not know the origin from, especially if they come from overseas and are resold on places like Amazon and eBay. Walmart also sells through third party resellers so please be cautious. We have heard and received photos from some of our customers that there are replicas and/or expired products sold from time to time from resellers. Our products come direct from the original warehouses that import from Riman Korea, therefore we can guarantee authenticity, proper handling, and condition.
