We offer free shipping to US residents for orders above $150. For all other US orders, shipping is a flat rate of $12. 

For all Canadian orders, shipping is a flat rate of $20. Respective taxes will be calculated during checkout.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FEDEX.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

We currently only ship to the Continental United States, including Hawaii, plus Canada at this time. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of your order.
I CANNOT FIND MY ORDER THAT HAS BEEN MARKED DELIVERED. CAN YOU HELP?

Please contact us if your item is missing or lost in transit. A customer service team member will assist you.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Check your email for a separate shipment email with tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. Depending on your location, it may take another 5-8 business days to arrive. Please note that our warehouses are closed on major holidays and shipping may be slightly delayed during those seasons.
